I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the outdated decor made the room quite dark. The service was fantastic with helpful and friendly staff, but the tranquility of the location felt eerie. The dining was delicious but got repetitive after a while.
The hotel's location is incredible with its own private beach and pool, but the rooms are horrifically outdated and not in line with a 5-star rating. The service was hit-or-miss, with language barriers, though the staff tried to make up for it with small gestures. The dining experience was average, lacking variety, while the facilities are subpar given the high price for the stay.
I couldn't be happier with my stay! The hotel is just perfect, steps away from the beach and the pool with stunning sea views. The only downside was the bedding, as I didn't have down comforters and pillows like in other luxury hotels.
